Approval

It’s decision time! Upon approval of the design, we’ll ask for final payment.
Discovery Session

We’ll ask you to complete our Discovery Questionnaire (which gathers the information needed to tailor the perfect gifts). Next, we’ll share an initial idea and estimate. If you decide we’re a good fit, a 50% retainer is required to fuel a personalized design.
Assembly

Finally, we'll beautifully hand-wrap your gift(s) with the utmost care using sustainable wrapping materials. We’ll even include the greeting card!
Design Presentation

We will then present the tailored design of your gift(s), and give you an opportunity to request changes if required.
